Singer Kesha lists charming Venice bungalow after only a year of ownership
Singer-songwriter Kesha has listed a quaint Spanish-style home in Venice for sale at $1.849 million.
The charming bungalow, built in 1926, features graceful coved ceilings, interior arches and rustic wood floors.
Set beyond a terra cotta walkway, a vine-covered archway and a fountain, the 1,616 square feet of white and light living space includes dining and living rooms, a breakfast area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
French doors in the master suite open to the backyard, which has a spa, a fireplace and multiple patios for outdoor dining and lounging.
The detached one-car garage has been converted into an office/library.
Kesha, 28, co-wrote her albums “Animal” (2010) and “Warrior” (2012) scoring hits with such songs as “Tik Tok” and “Die Young.” The recent L.A. Pride concert headliner was an expert on ABC’s singing competition show “Rising Star” last year alongside Josh Groban and Ludacris and has been working on songs for a third studio album.
She bought the property a little more than a year ago for $1.65 million.
