Stories for the May 1st edition: 1. Beverly Hills receives its 30th consecutive Tree City Award at Arbor Day celebration. 2. Ribbon Cutting ceremony at the new Roxbury Park Playground. 3. Fire Service Day takes place Saturday, May 9th at 1pm. 4. Students from BHUSD will host mock city council meeting on May 6th for Youth in Government Day. 5. Two new commissioners welcomed to the city. 6. Beverly Hills is doing it's part to help conserve water.
