Frank Sinatra Jr. sells in Beverly Crest for $3.8 million
Frank Sinatra Jr. has sold a house in the Beverly Crest area for $3.8 million.
The Tuscany-inspired multistory villa, built in 2006, centers on a two-story-tall entry with main level formal living and dining rooms, a library and an office. The 7,213 square feet of living space includes six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. An elevator connects to the three-car garage.

Like his father, legendary crooner Frank Sinatra, he has been a frequent buyer and seller in the Southern California real estate scene.
Sinatra Jr., 71, is a singer, songwriter and conductor with a focus on big band music and classic American songs. He has more than a half-dozen albums including “That Face” from 2006.
His “Sinatra Sings Sinatra” tour will make a stop this summer in the Reno-Tahoe area, where at 19 he was abducted by kidnappers. His father paid $240,000 for his release.
Sinatra Jr. bought the Beverly Crest house in 2007 for $4.1 million.
