Like his father, legendary crooner Frank Sinatra, he has been a frequent buyer and seller in the Southern California real estate scene.

Sinatra Jr., 71, is a singer, songwriter and conductor with a focus on big band music and classic American songs. He has more than a half-dozen albums including “That Face” from 2006.

His “Sinatra Sings Sinatra” tour will make a stop this summer in the Reno-Tahoe area, where at 19 he was abducted by kidnappers. His father paid $240,000 for his release.

Sinatra Jr. bought the Beverly Crest house in 2007 for $4.1 million.
