Los Feliz Wine Bar Covell Adds a Boutique Hotel
Dustin Lancaster, the epicurean entrepreneur behind such Silver Lake scenester meccas as L&E Oyster Bar and El Condor, has gone into the boutique hostelry business with Hotel Covell, set to open Feb. 1 above the establishment that kicked off his mini-empire, the wine bar Covell.
