Kevin Williamson (Creator of Vampire Dairies) lands century-old manor in L.A.
Writer-producer Kevin Williamson has bought a house in L.A.'s Windsor Square area for $8.1 million.
Although marketed as newly reconstructed in 2014, the Traditional-style manor is a century old. Original craftsmanship is still evident in the wood panels and crown moldings of the Nantucket-inspired redo by Brian Little.
A reception hall, a formal living room, a library, an oversized dining room, a breakfast room, family room, a 13-seat home theater, a guest house, five bedrooms and nine bathrooms are within the 8,058 square feet of living space. Decks and terraces add another 779 square feet outdoors.
A swimming pool, a two-car detached garage, lawn and mature trees complete the grounds.
Williamson, 49, created such shows “Dawson’s Creek” and “Vampire Diaries.” He was a screenwriter for three installments of the “Scream” film series and the series “Stalker.”
