Clippers Coach Doc Rivers Lands in Bird Streets
Doc Rivers, the well-compensated head coach of the L.A. Clippers basketball team, dropped $8.2 million, so revealed the beaver busy property gossips at the L.A. Times, on a gated compound in the posh Bird Street’s nabe above L.A.’s Sunset Strip. The property includes a four-bedroom and 4.5 bathroom “Hamptons-inspired” main house that measures in at 3,950-square-foot plus a separate, glass and steel guesthouse with another 1,845-square-feet.
Mister Rivers also recently slapped a $6.595 million asking price on a 3,813-square foot condo he owns at the Beverly West tower along the Wilshire Corridor, the same swank building where Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi-DeGeneres own side-by-side condos.
