Coldwell Banker: Brentwood Market Update
The market continues to be characterized by two issues: We have low inventory, and we have client demand which creates multiple offer situations on any property that is desirable. We continue to deal with situations in which people would sell their homes if they could find something to buy. There may be a slight slowing in the market due to the season, but as yet, we are still moving along at about the same pace as we have had for the last several months.
