Rosanna Arquette and Todd Morgan Bought in Pacific Palisades
Rosanna Arquette recently wed for the fourth time and, we first heard from the inestimable real estate yenta Yolanda Yakketyyak, she and her new hubby, financier Todd Morgan, splashed out $15.73 million for some super-modern new digs in Pacific Palisades. (Property records suggest the bluff-top estate is, technically speaking, owned solely by Mister Morgan.)
The walled and gated, Stephen Giannetti-designed residence sits on 1.36 ocean-view acres, measures in at a hefty 14,635 square feet, and has, per marketing materials, four bedrooms plus a staff bedroom and a total of 7.5 bathrooms. Museum-like reserve prevails, with vast, art-friendly expanses of white walls and first-rate finishes, such as imported Portuguese limestone floors and custom, rift-cut oak cabinetry.
The cavernous living room has a 26-foot ceiling, the dining room has a long, curved wall of floor-to-ceiling glass, and the sleek kitchen features a triple-wide center island. A family room has a built-in wet bar, while the “Venetian-inspired” 10,000-bottle wine cellar has its own tasting room. Glass panels slip open to broad terraces along the inside corner of the L-shaped residence, and step down to a flat and well-watered lawn and lap pool with integrated spa.
