Selena Gomez Sells Tarzana House
Selena Gomez, just 22 years old and already a veteran tabloid staple, has sold her old house in Tarzana for $3.45 million, as was first reported by the busy celebrity real estate beavers at the L.A. Times. She acquired the approx. one-acre gated mini-estate in 2011 for $2.175 million, extensively remodeled and added about 2,000 square feet and then, earlier this year, decided she’d like to live elsewhere and spent about $3 million for a larger house in a small, gated enclave in Calabasas.
