The Grammy-nominated entrepreneur — he’s son of Benihana founder Rocky Aoki and the half-brother to vaunted model Devon Aoki as well as the founder of the Dim Mak record label and the owner of four restaurants — purchased the property in October 2008 for $1.075 million and originally listed the 3+ story home in the heart of Laurel Canyon in March (2014) for $1.498 million.
Current listing information shows the 2,480 square foot house was built hard up a narrow canyon road in 1990 with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, at least two of which have been fairly recently renovated with glass-enclosed stall showers.
