Stories for the January 29th edition: 1. The City Council honors the Beverly Hills Small Animal Hospital with a 60 Second Business Shout-Out. 2. The LA Marathon takes place on Sunday February 14th. For info on course/street closures go to Beverlyhills.org/marathon 3. The Active Adult Club presents the "Senior Sweetheart Dance & Party" on Monday February 8th at Roxbury Park Comm. Center. 4. On February 8th The Children's Library hosts a "Valentine Day Stories & Crafts" event for Children 1 and up. Info at BHPL.org 5. Take a trip to Northern England with Sheila Stone as she hosts "Armchair Trips'' on Sunday January 31st in the library auditorium. 6. The City Council Installation Meeting will take place on Wednesday March 16th at 6:00pm in the Samuel Goldwyn Theatre.
